- Prevent a customer from receiving a letter twice in the short term
Printing
Send e-invoicing directly to your preferred print partner or Print by iController
Both paid and pending invoices can be viewed instantly in iController, giving immediate details about disputed invoices or payment promises. The invoices can be shared with your clients and colleagues who, as with reminders, can interact and make comments.
When sending out invoices (using our e-invoicing module) you can send these documents via postal mail, email and directly to your preferred print partner or via Print by iController. This third option means less printer maintenance or ink costs, and no more folded envelopes, stamps and shipment.
On-demand sending of registered letters via your preferred print partner or Print by iController
When huge volumes are involved, you don’t want manual actions slowing things down. In each procedure step you can configure that all workspace items to run automatically, like sending documents to your preferred printpartner or Print by iController.
We now have an extra option when sending these documents. You can decide to include registered letters.
Online payments
Partial online payments
When sending out reminders that include online payment options, your customers can now choose to partially pay selected invoices, when you allow them to.
Documents that are partially paid get a specific label in the overview of outstanding documents. And on the invoice document logs you can see when partial payments were made, and for which amount.
Reporting
Create dynamic reports based on payment plans
You are using a lot of payment plans, and that’s where extensive reporting can come in handy. And in some cases (like public services) it is even mandatory to report on these payment plans.
From V25 on you can create dynamic reports including columns for all kinds of payment plan details and payment plan totals.
Filtering on date of the past months in the report module
In the report module you now have the option to filter on a date field for the last x months. This way you can for instance filter only the documents with a paid at date in the last 6 months. Another example is to filter on documents with due date in the past 15 months.
General
Prevent a customer from receiving a letter twice in the short term
In some cases there’s the possibility that customers receive two reminders on the same day with little time between them. For instance, the customer receives an email as reminder on Monday morning, and the same afternoon after a telephone call the customer disputes the invoice. This (automatically) sets the next procedure step in motion.
New is the option to take a ‘pause’ before proceeding to the next procedure step. Simply fill in the number of days you want to wait before taking the customer to the next procedure step. You can find this extra option in the settings of the procedure step in “Client Conditions”.
API extensions
We’ve added additional endpoints in our API. You can now get a list of all the users currently active in iController. You can also have access to all user tasks created by and for users. In iController each user can assign tasks to other users. Tasks can be linked to debtors, documents and emails.
Better export to csv-files
In the user profile settings you can set the csv delimiter to your liking: comma-separated (,) or semicolons (;). Exports from reports, tasks, worksheets and clients will then follow the set csv delimiter. This makes sure your system and/or Excel recognizes the file format.
New languages Chinese, Thai and Greek
In V25 it is possible to send reminders to customers in the languages Chinese 🇨🇳 (Mandarin), Thai 🇹🇭 and Greek 🇬🇷. When creating templates you can select these language options. Clients with the corresponding language code will receive these translated reminders.
Log of the workspace items
We started logging every change in workspace items including the (not) execution of items. The workspace logs are added as a new category to Dynamic Reports. This way we allow you to report on all Workspace changes.- For example, which steps were processed and which steps were not.
That’s it. We hope you will appreciate these new additions. And as always, we are happy to listen to any product improvement requests.
