There are 2 ways to register conversation notes:
Option 1: Worksheet
- Go the 'Worksheet'
- Navigate to 'Telephone lists' and click on 'Automatic telephone list'
- Toggle
the relevant debtor. Fields will appear where you can enter your conversation notes. In case there was no actual contact, you can also reschedule your phone call here.
Option 2: Client overview
- Go to 'Clients'
- Navigate to the relevant debtor and click to open an overview
- In the left menu, click on 'Notes'
- At the bottom you will find fields to enter notes. These notes can be linked to the correct invoice
