Before you start:
- If the step you want to add is a new first or a new last procedure step, please follow the steps below.
- If the step you want to add is within the D.I.P. range of the existing procedure steps, please contact collections-support@billtrust.com.
- Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner of the top bar
- Go to Settings
- Select Procedures in the left menu (see Worksheet)
- Navigate to the procedure you want to edit
- Click on Add new step
- Fill in the name of your new procedure step and define after how many days (based on D.I.P.) it should be executed. Select the type of procedure step you want to initiate during this procedure step.
- Click Save
