- Click on the gear icon (
) in the upper right corner - Go to Settings
- Click on Representatives in the left menu
- Choose a representative in the list and click on the pencil to edit (
) 
- At the bottom of the page, update the portfolio of the representative by using the checkboxes next to the portfolio(s).
- Click Save
