Since iController is GDPR-compliant and this implies the right to erasure, iController provides an option to delete a customer.
It is only possible to delete customers who are inactive. It is however impossible to delete customers with active documents.
The Delete customer button is only visible for certain users (system administrators) on the debtor sheet.
