- Go to Clients in the top navigation bar
- Click on the client you want to update
- In the left menu select Edit data
On this screen you can edit or add:
- contact details of the client
- availability by phone (handy when not to contact the client)
- other data (like procedure, debtor group, ...)
- trade information
- extra contacts (at the bottom of the screen)
Note:
- Only data fields without a lock symbol can be edited
- Most of the changes above will be overwritten when iController synchronizes with your accounting platform. If you want to update the client (contact) data, we advise you to implement changes directly on your accounting platform.
