Add contact persons to dynamic report
Contact person fields are now also accessible in reports on document level.
Export open manual tasks
You can now export to Excel an overview of all open manual tasks. Benefit: more insight in all open tasks per collector or per debtor.
Skip import refresh for company with import errors
Data imports now work on constituent level. This means an import issue for one company will not affect the data import of other companies.
Editable emails for payment plans
You will now be able to edit and send the email before sending the payment plan email to the debtor.
Extend payment plan functionality
We extented the payment plan functionalities: it is now possible to create procedures and reminder templates for seperate payment plan instalments that are past due date. Contact our customer success team to discuss possibilities for your platform.
GDPR: Right of deletion
You are able to delete customers who are inactive in iController. Customers with active documents cannot be deleted.
Send reminders without attachment
From now on, it is possible to uncheck the box 'Attach pdf to email’ (that is checked by default) and send reminders without a PDF attachment.
Restrict custom date fields to past only
As you know, we can define specific custom data fields. One of these is the date. We can apply restrictions for users f.e. they only can choose a date in the past.
