In iController it is possible to force a PDF (this is an asset for postal mail) when creating a reminder.
When you want to toggle this of, please follow the next steps:
- Click on the gear icon (
) in the upper right corner - Go to Settings
- Click on the relevant template group in the left menu. You can choose between General templates, Account statement templates, Payment plan Reminders or Reminder templates
- Select the template where you want to disable the automated generation of a PDF
- Click on General options to configure the template settings
- Leave the checkbox of Force pdf unchecked
- Click on Save
