When creating a dynamic report, the report is automatically set as private. Only the creator can see the report.
To let other users see the report, the creator of the report can set it as public.
Just click on the lock (
). A prompt will appear. After your confirmation, the report will be publicly accessible. This is indicated in the list of reports through the unlock icon (
).
