What's new in V22?

iController is continuously looking to improve your user experience. We're excited to announce V22 will be released in the next few weeks.

ADD ACTION BUTTONS ON TEMPLATES 

We added 3 additional fields to our replaceable tags library. In other words: buttons which you can add to the templates. 

If the debtor clicks on one of the tags in the reminder, he will be redirected to iController environment, where he can mark documents as disputed, enter a payment promise or immediately pay online.

WORK WITH PAYMENT CENTERS

iController offers the possibility to work with payment centers. It provides you an overview of the total of all outstanding documents per debtor which are related to one specific payment center. You also have the possibility to extract a .CSV file with an overview of all outstanding documents.
 

UPGRADE OF DEBTOR SHEET

The notes section on the debtor sheet has been refactored to make it more intuitive. Also, negative values are now displayed in red.

UPGRADE OF REMINDER TEMPLATES

In this version, it will be possible to easily split the document overview table in overdue and non-due invoices.
You can also easily choose your own descriptions of the column titles in the document overview table in the different languages.

SHORTCUT TO FAQ

FAQ is now accessible in the application.

PULL API 

We added extra datafields in the Pull API and it is now possible to extract more data. More is coming soon. Please be aware this is only available for Entreprise licenses.

ADD EXTERNAL HYPERLINK 

You can attach an external hyperlink to a document number, instead of using the iBiller link. This is useful if you don’t have the copy invoices available in iBiller.

BASIC REPORT TITLES NOW IN ENGLISH

Basic report titles are now visible in English.

ADD NEW USER LANGUAGES

Additional languages are available. Swedish 🇸🇪, Finnish 🇫🇮 and Slovakian 🇸🇰 have been added as platform languages.
