When sending an email to a debtor, it might be possible that they return undelivered when the email address is incorrect.
However when your email gateway (SMTP) tries to send the error back to our mail server, it could get blocked when the “sender domain is empty”.
To make sure these notifications flow to the mailbox in iController, please whitelist the IP-addresses below:
