When you get an error message while sending a dispute mail, ‘Something went wrong, try again later or contact customer care.’, there is probably something wrong with the template.
Go to the ‘General templates’ settings and check if the template dispute mail is available for all entities and all languages.
If the template ‘dispute mail’ is not visualized in the General templates (for the correct entity/correct language) you can create one by following the steps explained in the next article: How do I create a new template?
