When you get an error message while sending a dispute mail, ‘Something went wrong, try again later or contact customer care.’, there is probably something wrong with the template.
Go to the General templates settings and check if the template dispute mail is available for all entities and all languages.
- Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner
- Go to Settings
- Click on the relevant template group in the left menu. You can choose between General templates, Account statement templates, Payment plan Reminders or Reminder templates
- See if the template dispute mail is available for all entities and all languages. If not visualized in the General templates (for the correct entity/correct language) you can create one by following the steps explained in this article: How do I create a new template?
