You should choose the mailbox from which to send the reminders when there is a combination of the two rules below:
- There are multiple mailboxes installed in iController
- There is at least one email to be send when executing the action (not when all actions in the list are telephone/SMS/PDF)
| Note: The default mailbox in the scrolldown list will be the default mailbox as chosen in your user settings, regardless of the mailbox in the company settings. |
