It is not possible to make adjustments to a report made by another user, even when it is unlocked.
When the report can be accessed by other users, the report is visible in the dynamic reports lists.
- In the top bar, select Reports
- Choose Dynamic reports in the left column
- In the list with dynamic reports look for the column Copy and click on the symbol
. - After copying the report, you get ownership of this report and you can adjust it as you see fit. Don't forget to give this copy a proper name.
