- Click on the gear icon (
) in the upper right corner - Go to Settings
- Click on the relevant template group in the left menu. You can choose between General templates, Account statement templates, Payment plan Reminders or Reminder templates
- Choose which template needs to be removed and click on the trash icon on the right
Note: Be aware that there might be procedure steps where the template is linked to. Please check your procedures in Settings > Procedures. In the column Template you can see which template the procedure step is linked to.
