A variety on codes can be created in the iController settings with the purpose of standardization.
It makes it easy to use these codes in reports or tracking lists, instead of filtering on open text.
These codes can be added on platform or entity level.
Follow these steps to add codes:
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Go to Settings
- Click on the preferred code in the left menu
Dispute codes
For frequent dispute reasons, dispute codes (e.g. price incorrect) can be added in iController. Just click on the Add dispute code button and fill in the Name and Code of the Dispute code. Press Save when finished.
When moving the document(s) to status dispute, the provided codes can be selected on the document.
The Dispute code can also be consulted in the In dispute document overview of the debtor sheet.
Note codes
When manually adding a note to the debtor sheet, it could be useful as well to provide Note codes. Just click on the Add note code button and fill in the Name and Code of the Note code. Press Save when finished.
Outsource codes
With multiple outsourcing possibilities (e.g. lawyer X, lawyer Y), outsource codes with the different types or names can be created. Just click on the Add new outsource code button and fill in the Name and Code of the Outsource code. Press Save when finished.
When moving the document(s) to status outsourcing, the provided codes can be selected on the document:
