When a specific procedural step has been installed to be automatically processed, without the need for a user to click the 'execute worksheet action' button, this should be processed on the interval and time that has been set up in the 'procedures' settings.
If this was not the case, please verify if an existing iController mailbox is filled in for the company:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on 'Company details' in the left menu
- Click on the company
- Fill in the correct mailbox (the one installed in iController) in the 'Email' field
When a company has no email address, automatic workspace tasks don't know which mailbox to use, which results in not processing the items.
Please contact support when the email address is correctly installed and the problem persists.
