Yes, this is possible.
When PDF invoices are linked into iController, you can view the PDF in the ‘Overview outstanding documents’ section of the debtor sheet and your debtors can easily view the invoice by clicking on the document number(s) on the reminder or account statement they received.
Please contact email@example.com to receive an offer for this setup and to receive a secret and clientID. Also, you will need to provide an accessible folder on your server where the documents are stored.
Please pass on the following information to your IT to automate the PDF forward:
- Please consult this page: datalink.icontroller.eu
- Download RAR file with clientID and Secret
- Place the RAR-file in the folder where the PDF-documents are stored
- Place an automatic scheduled Windows task on the export.bat file
The .bat file uploads the recently added .pdf's to iController.
Verify the connection by running the export.bat file manually (every time you run the task, a new PDF must be ready), and then double-check with us to see whether they have arrived correctly.
The name of the documents must be unique. This means that if a document number can appear to various debtors or entities, this naming must be adjusted by adding for example the constituent code, the journal or the debtor reference. Please verify this naming with our support team before the installation.
