- Click on the 'gear icon' in the upper right corner
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on the relevant template group in the left menu ('General templates', 'Account Statement Templates' or 'Reminder templates')
- Click on the pencil on the right of the template you want to adjust
- Select the language you want to edit
- Click on ‘Change text’
- Edit the content
- Click on ‘Save changes’
Use the replaceable tags
on the right to automate the creation of documents.
Note: When you change the mail template don’t forget to adjust the PDF template as well. They do not synchronize automatically.
