Send text messages to your customers via iController. Just for information before due date, or as a reminder after due date. iController uses an external partner to send text messages: MessageBird. This is full integration, you don't need an account at MessageBird yourself.

Most iController clients use this functionality for B2C customers, although smaller B2B customers could also benefit from receiving text messages.
Please make sure that you have cell phone numbers available from most of your customers.
How to
Please follow the steps below to activate your reminder by text message
- Send an email to collections-support@billtrust.com with the request to activate reminders by text message.
Our customer success team will present you the offer for the activation of the SMS module in iController. - If necessary, we'll make a plan to add cell phone numbers to your iController
- In the meantime, create your text message reminders and add the steps to the procedures of your choice
