- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on 'Procedures' in the left menu
- Navigate to the procedure step you want to adjust and click the pencil to edit
- Go to 'Mail Notification' and choose to which recipients you want to send a notification
- Representative: sends a notification to the representative. You can view the representative on the debtor sheet. If necessary, add a condition.
- Representative's responsible parties: this is the supervisor, defined by the export of your accounting platform.
- New recipients: click on 'Add new recipient' to add more recipients
- Choose a template. If you do not have a dedicated template yet, please create a new one in the 'settings', 'general templates'
- Click on 'Save'
