- We create a mailbox in iController and link it to the email address we were given by your technical support.
- We create a server, on which all emails sent from and to your mailbox will be stored and pushed to iController.
- We provide your technical support with an inbound email address, to which all of your incoming mails will be sent.
These steps result in a centralized mailbox in iController, named Messages. All of your inbound (or 'incoming') and outbound (or 'outgoing') emails will be shown here.
