When creating a new procedure step, you will be asked to define the type of step. Below you will find a list of the different types and their explanation.
- Reminder
Send the debtor an automatic reminder (PDF or email). You'll need to create a template for this step. This step will be visible in the 'Workspace lists' on the tabWorksheet.

Phone call to the debtor. This step will be visible in the 'Telephone lists' on the tabWorksheet.
- Warning:
Send an automated warning to a number of self-defined recipients (internal or external). This step will be visible in the 'Workspace lists' on the tabWorksheet.
- In outsourcing:
Places the debtor automatically in the status 'In outsourcing'. This step will be visible in the 'Workspace lists' on the tabWorksheet.
