Prerequisites
● Enhanced Dispute Management is only available for Platform customers
● Dispute settings must be configured on the Platform before it will be available for use in BT Collections.
BT Collections Setup
To read, edit, resolve disputes in BT Collections, the Disputes Widget must be added to the account page. To do this:
● Login to the platform you’re adding Disputes Widget to as a support user.
● Navigate to the Account page and select “Edit page lay-out”
● From this view, select “Add Widget”
● From the list of available Widgets, select “Disputes”
● Move the Widget to your preferred locations and “Save Configuration”
● You are now ready to use use Enhanced Disputes in BT Collections
